The rules depend on the season of your arrival date. You always see them before paying, and they are the same for all three homes. The Italian version prevails.

How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email or write to booking@comohousesociety.com with your name and dates. The time we receive your message counts (Italian time).
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the same payment method within 14 days of cancellation. How long the bank takes to show it is up to the bank.
- If you leave before your departure date, unused nights are not refunded.
- If we cancel, you always get a full refund.
Changing dates
Write to us: if the home is free on the new dates we move your booking at no cost, you only pay any price difference.
Holiday rental bookings are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts (Art. 59(n) of the Italian Consumer Code; Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU): the rules above apply.
