Booking terms

How booking, payment, arrival and your stay work at the Como House Society homes.

Who you rent from

When you book on this site you enter into a short-term tourist rental agreement (Art. 4 of Italian Decree-Law 50/2017) directly with the host of the home you choose, listed below. Como House Society is the shared name of the three homes and of the site: it is not an agency or intermediary, and your payment goes straight to the host. The Italian version of these terms prevails.
