The Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is on the Como lakefront, on Viale Giuseppe Sinigaglia, next to the Tempio Voltiano. The easiest way to get there is on foot: about 10 minutes from Como San Giovanni station, about 15 from Como Nord Lago and about 15 from the cathedral.
| From | On foot | How |
|---|---|---|
| Como San Giovanni station | about 10 min | Trenitalia trains from Milano Centrale and Porta Garibaldi |
| Como Nord Lago station | about 15 min | Trenord trains from Milano Cadorna and Saronno |
| Cathedral and old town | about 15 min | Along the lake, via Piazza Cavour |
| Nuova Arte | 5 min | Our home between the lake and the stadium |
| Dolce Vita | 10 min | Our home in the old town |
Getting there by train
There are two lines from Milan. From Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi you arrive at Como San Giovanni, the station closest to the stadium. From Milano Cadorna, Trenord trains run to Como Nord Lago in the town centre. From Malpensa airport, take the Malpensa Express to Saronno and change there for Como Nord Lago.
After evening matches there are few trains back to Milan, so most visiting fans stay the night in Como and leave the next morning.
Parking at the stadium
There is very little parking around the stadium and the old town is a limited traffic zone (ZTL). On match days, leave the car in a multi-storey car park away from the lakefront and walk or take the bus. For away fans arriving by car, in recent seasons the authorities have reserved the car park at Grandate station. Arrangements change from match to match: check notices from Como 1907 and the city in the days before.
The stadium
The Sinigaglia opened in 1927 and is one of the few stadiums in Europe with a lake behind the stands. After the 2026 works it holds about 12,000. Como 1907 play Serie A and UEFA Champions League matches here. Tickets are sold only through the club’s official channels at comofootball.com.
Where to stay within walking distance
